We measure, report, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions across Scope 1, 2, and 3. Carbon reduction targets are
reviewed annually, with progress reported transparently to brand partners and certification bodies.
Our facilities operate on a progressive renewable energy mix, with solar installations covering 60% of our electricity needs. LED lighting, energy-efficient machinery, and smart building management systems reduce consumption across all operations.
Our material library includes GOTS-certified organic cotton, GRS-certified recycled polyester, OCS-certified organic content, and RCS-certified recycled content. We guide brands through certification requirements and maintain chain-of-custody documentation.
Advanced water recycling systems treat and reuse process water, reducing freshwater consumption by 70%. Our dyeing processes use low-water and waterless technologies where possible, and wastewater is treated to exceed local discharge standards.
Zero-waste-to-landfill initiatives divert production waste to recycling and energy recovery. Fabric offcuts are collected for fiber recycling or upcycling programs. Packaging materials are minimized and sourced from recycled content.
